Dave was originally a time served steel fabricator and welder. He joined Thermelek Engineering Services and carried out the role of Senior Installation Engineer on over 150 new build swimming pool projects and over 200 refurbishments. At F T Leisure, Dave initially ran major projects on site in a supervisory role. He then moved into the office, where his 20 years experience and knowledge is utilised to the full.

Dave’s key role is the management of our Maintenance Division, including the initial sales of maintenance programmes, technical support to maintained customers and the general programming and administration of cyclical maintenance visits. In addition, with NEEBOSH qualifications, Dave is the company’s Health and Safety Officer.
