We are pleased to announce that Steve Mellor has joined the F T Leisure management team in the role of Contracts Engineer. Steve has extensive experience in the engineering of water treatment and filtration systems and pumping stations.

Prior to joining F T Leisure, Steve worked with Biwater for over 19 years. Initially, he was part of the Engineering Department (Civil and Mechanical) where he played an integral role in developing company procedures and was responsible for the co-ordination and supervision of all civil design and drawing production. He then moved into the Operations Department in the roles of Senior Contracts Engineer and Project Manager, where he managed major projects from concept through to completion, ranging in value from £1m to £25m.

At F T Leisure, Steve takes on the role of Contract Engineer; very similar to his previous experience.

Steve is a keen golfer and trekker. In the past he had completed the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, survived the high altitude trek to Everest Base Camp and more recently climbed Mt.Kilimanjaro in 2008.
