Without question, Steve is one of the most experienced engineers in the Swimming Pool industry. Prior to forming F T Leisure, Steve was with Thermelek Engineering Services for over 20 years, where he designed, installed and commissioned over 150 new pool projects and over 300 refurbishment projects. His skill base is electrical; however, with this vast experience of pool equipment, his knowledge expands to mechanical, hydraulic, chemical and electronics.

Steve’s role at F T Leisure is to ensure that every project, regardless of the size, is designed correctly and is the best possible technical solution. His key duty is to ensure that the company never strays from guidelines and always excels in terms of technology and innovation.
