Prior to joining F T Leisure, Steve worked with Biwater for over 19 years. Initially, he was part of the Engineering Department (Civil and Mechanical) where he played an integral role in developing company procedures and was responsible for the co-ordination and supervision of all civil design and drawing production. He then moved into the Operations Department in the roles of Senior Contracts Engineer and Project Manager, where he managed major projects from concept through to completion, ranging in value from £1m to £25m.

At F T Leisure, Steve fulfils the role of Project Manager. This is a critical role in the company which involves the procurement of all materials, management of site operations and handover of major projects. A Project Manager is appointed on every project and would be the client’s main point of contact until handed over to our after sales/maintenance department.
