Assistant Installation Engineer

Successful candidates will be preparing work sites by obtaining and delivering equipment, tools, supplies, and materials. Maintaining clean and safe work sites by removing scrap; sweeping and mopping area; erecting barriers; disposing of hazardous materials; following safety rules and procedures; wearing personal protective equipment. You will ensure correct work supplies and materials are available for the job by reading work orders; locating and verifying items in inventory; loading items on trucks or pull-carts; moving items to site; unloading items. Returning items to storage inventory by loading, moving, and unloading items. Supporting work processes by inspecting, preparing, sorting, weighing, measuring, cutting, adding, trimming, and loading materials. Keeping work records by entering production statistics, and materials and supplies used. All applicants must hold valid CSCS cards.

Location:               Sites based around the UK

Job Type:             Permanent

Trial Period:         6 months

Hours:                    Full time – 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri

Salary:                   Dependent on experience

Overtime:             Flat hourly rate for any working hours after 40 hours per week. 1.5 x rate for weekends.

Holidays:              20 days per annum + Statutory

Expenses:       Hotels/Accommodation paid direct by company Subsistence allowance paid
