F T Leisure secures first Myrtha pool project

In 2016, F T Leisure has started working/collaboration with Myrtha Pools in the UK. Myrtha is a world-renown manufacturer of pre-fabricated modular stainless steel pool tank and pool ancillaries, with over 20,000 references worldwide. They are responsible for some of the world’s most prestigious aquatic centres, for international events such as the Beijing Olympics, London Olympics and the current Rio Olympics.

With over 50 years history and product development, F T Leisure had a lot to learn, to be able to partner with Myrtha. We immediately had training at their Pool Academy, to learn how to build their products, but more importantly, how to meet their quality expectations. With the support of Myrtha’s export department, F T Leisure has started to market the pool tank solution, to compliment our existing broad range of swimming pool products and services.

We are delighted to announce that F T Leisure has been appointed to deliver our first Myrtha pools. The project is for a Premier League football club in the North West of England and includes 2 specialist pools, for 1st team player muscular rehabilitation. Both of the pools will be Myrtha technology, fully mosaic tiled. Work has already commenced and delivery of the pools is targeted before the end of 2016.

Our client for the project is Laing O’Rourke. F T Leisure has a good trading relationship with Laing, having recently completed East Manchester Leisure Centre, Hough End Leisure Centre and Levenshulme Leisure Centre with them.
