Working with design teams to fully integrate the pool design
With our extensive pool design and build experience and range of products/services, we are often asked to provide consultancy services to local authorities, architects, principal contractors and other project design team members.
Whilst ultimately our goal is to deliver the construction phase, early involvement in a scheme gives us the opportunity to help define the client’s brief and develop a building design that fully considers pool technology. We have an extensive library of technical information, to help guide the design team to fully coordinate all the interfacing details of a pool and associated plant.
The earlier we can be involved, the better.

We can advise on the size, geometry and functionality of your swimming pool, to meet the design brief and more importantly, to meet the requirements of the intended bathers.
The building layout and surrounding infrastructure is influenced by the swimming pool systems. Plant spaces, maintenance strategies and pool construction processes will be defined in this stage.
Fully integrating the swimming pool technology with the architectural design, structural design, mechanical and electrical services for the building.
We have a database of over 150 completed projects; we’ve delivered pretty much every type of swimming pool. We can provide accurate cost information and construction programmes.
Building Information Modelling (BIM)
The industry is still learning about BIM and how it can be used effectively in project design co-ordination, construction and building lifecycle maintenance. Several years ago, we invested heavily in software and training to get our design department ready for level 2 compliance.
We’ve created an extensive family of intelligent models for all our technology, ready for digital representation within building Revit models, supported with component asset data.
