Another project successfully completed at Embankment West, Salford. F T Leisure were appointed to deliver the swimming pool technology in the luxury spa and wellness suite. The scheme involves two residential towers: at 16 storeys, Laurence Place with 209 apartments, while the 18-storey Exchange Point includes 147 apartments.
The scheme includes 2 swimming pools; a lap pool and separate spa pool, with dedicated systems. Filtration is via medium rate sand filtration with coagulation, chlorine disinfection, ph control and UV disinfection. The spa pool was also supplied by F T Leisure and includes water and air massage systems.
