Embankment West project secured

F T Leisure have been appointed by Sir Robert McAlpine to deliver the swimming pool technology in the luxury spa and wellness suite at Embankment West.  The scheme involves two residential towers: at 16 storeys, Laurence Place will deliver 209 apartments, while the 18-storey Exchange Point includes 147 apartments. Both are being developed under Select Property Group’s newest brand, Origin Homes.

Sir Robert McAlpine have been working under a pre-construction services agreement on the project, which has been designed by architect CallisonRTKL.

There will be 2 swimming pools; a lap pool and separate spa pool, with dedicated systems. Filtration will be via medium rate sand filtration with coagulation, chlorine disinfection, ph control and UV disinfection. The spa pool will be supplied by F T Leisure and will include water and air massage systems.

In addition, F T Leisure will be providing the Thermal Experience Cabins, with our partner TyloHelo.

The pool system and thermal cabin performance specifications were prepared by Devin Consulting Limited.

Our design is now well underway. The whole project is expected to complete in 2020.
