Strategic move for Lance Brookes

After seven years building and developing the Service & Maintenance Dept, Lance has handed over the day to day management of the Service Engineers to Andy Murphy.

Lance will carry on building the department from a strategic level, maintaining our existing customer base, seeking new key accounts, managing pool plant refurbishments, streamlining office procedures, having gained the NEBOSH General Certificate he will be implementing improvements to our Health & Safety processes.

There will also be elementals of liaising with current suppliers & seeking new suppliers with cutting edge equipment for the swimming pool industry.
