Martin’s early career was in precision engineering and manufacturing. He then joined Thermelek Engineering Services as a Contracts Engineer, running multiple major new pool projects throughout the UK and Ireland. To compliment Martin’s 10 years experience in this field, he also has numerous qualifications in project management and planning.

The role of Contracts Manager is very demanding. Martin is responsible for the successful delivery of all our projects, from design stage through to handover. This involves management of the Contract Engineers, resource planning, programming and efficient procurement of all materials. In addition, Martin oversees the maintenance department and heads up our diving division.
