The landscape of Manchester is changing daily. Our vibrant city just isn’t recognisable from 5 years ago, with significant commercial and residential developments throughout the centre.

The most significant and impactful development is Owen Street, home of 5 new stunning sky scrapers by Renaker Build. The towers are predominantly residential, ranging from apartments to luxury penthouses.

FT Leisure are proud to have secured the design and installation contract for the luxurious lap pool and vitality pool, which will form part of the leisure suite for residents. We are providing the water treatment and filtration systems, the stainless steel pool tanks (Berndorf Bäderbau) and water/air features in the vitality pool.

Our installation starts in the 3rd quarter of 2019.
